The goal<\/strong> of the program is to support and promote the improvement of the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families\/caregivers through multisectoral provision of their basic and inclusive needs, taking into account a person-centered approach at all stages of life. It aims to protect their dignity, interests, and rights, facilitate their integration into society, and enhance their capacity and potential to independently cope with challenging life situations.<\/p>\n

Key areas and services<\/h2>\n

The main services of the program are provided through inclusive spaces, mobile field teams, social taxis and supported living spaces. The network employs teams of specialists: social workers, physical therapists, psychologists, and speech therapists. They conduct group and individual consultations, draw up development and support programs for beneficiaries at all stages of life. The spaces are equipped with appropriate inventory and equipment.<\/p>\n

The program also includes advocacy activities<\/strong><\/span>, during which the rights of people with disabilities and their families are protected, the procedure for addressing violations is explained, and meetings with authorities take place.<\/p>\n
